IFM is in the process of putting together materials for a HEART RECOVERY CONFERENCE this fall-2010, that will help young women going through disappointments in a relationship or recovery from a painful break up.

We are collecting stories and helpful advise to go in a booklet and we would value your input!

So…if you went through a break up or a disapointment…in very practical terms…what helped your heart recover?

OR what helped guard your heart so you wouldn’t have to go through a break up?
